✏️ How to Edit or Update a Client Task Template in Client Hub

✅ Steps to Edit a Client Task Template:

  1. Navigate to Templates

    Click the Templates icon (clipboard icon) from the left navigation menu.

  2. Go to the Client Tasks Templates Tab

    At the top of the page, select the Client Tasks Templates tab.

  3. Select the Template You Want to Edit

    Click on the name of the template you want to update from the list on the left.

  4. Edit the Template Name (Optional)

    If needed, update the Template Name field and click Save Name.

  5. Edit the Client Task Content

    Click the blue Edit button above the preview.

  6. Make Your Changes

    Update the task message as needed. You can also check or uncheck the “Mark as done” option depending on whether this is a checklist-style item.

  7. Click Update

    Once you're done editing, click Update to save the changes.


🗑️ To Delete a Template:

Click the red Delete Template button at the bottom of the template panel to permanently remove it.

Review your templates periodically to ensure they align with your firm’s latest processes and tone of voice when communicating with clients.
