đź§© How to Use Job Templates from the Client Hub Templates Library
Save time and streamline your internal workflows with ready-to-use job templates.
Client Hub provides a library of prebuilt Job Templates created specifically for accountants and bookkeepers. These templates are designed to help you quickly build repeatable workflows and reduce setup time for your team.
âś… Steps to Access and Use a Client Hub Job Template:
Open Manage Templates
Click the Templates icon from the left-hand navigation menu.
Go to the Job Templates Section
At the top, select the Job Templates tab.
Switch to Client Hub Templates
Click on the Client Hub Templates tab to view the full library of prebuilt templates.
Choose a Template
Browse the list and click the ellipsis (⋯) next to the template you want to use.
Select Your Desired Option:
- Add to My Templates – Copies the template into your firm’s custom library for reuse and editing.
- Create Job – Instantly applies the template to a selected client’s Internal Workspace as a new job.
✍️ Customize the Template (Recommended)
Once you've copied a global template to your library or applied it to a client:
- Review each task and task detail
- Adjust due dates, assignees, and task language to match your firm’s internal processes and tone
