๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ How to Delete (Remove) a Job in Client Hub

Remove outdated or duplicate jobs โ€” with care when working with recurring jobs.

You can delete any job directly from the Internal Workspace view. For recurring jobs, Client Hub gives you the option to delete the current instance and continue the schedule or to stop the series entirely.


โœ… To Delete a Job:

  1. Navigate to the Internal Workspace of the appropriate client.
  2. In the Jobs panel, click to open the job you want to delete.
  3. In the job details panel on the right, click the ellipsis (โ‹ฏ) in the top-right corner.
  4. Select Remove.

๐Ÿ” If the Job Is Recurring:

Youโ€™ll be prompted with two options:

  • ๐ŸŸก Delete this and create next

    Deletes the current instance of the job and automatically generates the next occurrence based on the repeat rules.

  • ๐Ÿ”ด Delete instance

    Deletes the current job without creating a new one.

    โš ๏ธ If this is the only instance, this action will delete the job structure entirely โ€” including task lists and instructions.

  1. Confirm your selection. The job will be removed as specified.

โ—Important Notes:

  • This action cannot be undone. Double-check if you need to retain any task history or structure.
  • For recurring jobs, use "Delete this and create next" to keep the workflow running without interruption.
