In Client Hub, tasks within a job can be grouped and rearranged to reflect your ideal process flow. Whether you want to move a single task or an entire task group, it’s easy with drag-and-drop functionality.


🧱 Reordering Task Groups

  1. Hover over the task group name in your job.
  2. Locate the grabber icon (≑) in the upper-left corner of the group header.
  3. Click and drag the group to its new position within the job.

πŸ“‹ Reordering Individual Tasks

  1. Hover over the task within the group.
  2. Look for the grabber icon on the left side of the task line.
  3. Click and drag the task to rearrange within the same groupβ€”or move it into a different group.
