π¬ Add Notes to a Job and Tag Team Members
Use job comments to keep your team informed and aligned.
Client Hub allows you to add notes and updates to any individual occurrence of a job, and tag team members to notify them of important changes, questions, or instructions.
β How to Add Notes and Comments to a Job
- Open the job from the Internal Workspace or Jobs Dashboard.
- Click the Job Comments tab at the top of the task list.
- Type your note in the comment box.
- Click the Send button to save and post the note.
π§βπ€βπ§ How to Tag a Team Member
- To tag someone, type @ followed by their name.
A dropdown list of team members will appearβselect the person you want to notify.
The tagged user will receive:
- π§ An email notification
- π± A mobile push notification (if using the app)
- π A notification in the in-product Notification Bell
π Additional Notes
- Comments are specific to the current job occurrence and do not carry over to future recurring jobs.
- Once a comment is added, the job card will show a comment bubble indicating the number of comments on that job.
