📄 How to Create a Job from a Template

Quickly launch repeatable workflows using your saved templates.

Job templates in Client Hub make it easy to standardize your firm’s services and launch new jobs with just a few clicks. You can use a template you created or one provided by Client Hub.


✅ Steps to Create a Job from a Template

  1. Go to the Templates Menu
    • Click the Templates icon from the left-hand navigation.

      Choose the Right Template

    • Select the Firm Templates tab to use a custom template your firm created.
    • Or click the Client Hub Templates tab to browse prebuilt options.

      Open the Template

    • Click the template card to open the Template Detail drawer.

      Create the Job

    • In the upper right corner of the drawer, click the ellipsis (⋯) next to the template name.
    • Select "Create Job" from the dropdown menu.

      Assign Job Details

    • Select the client you want to assign the job to.
    • Choose a start date and due date.

      Click Create

    • Your job is now created and ready to be managed from the client’s Internal Workspace.

💡 Pro Tip:

After creating the job, you can further customize it by:

  • Assigning different task groups to team members
  • Adding or editing tasks
  • Setting up recurrence and Autopilot client tasks
