📄 How to Create a Job from a Template
Quickly launch repeatable workflows using your saved templates.
Job templates in Client Hub make it easy to standardize your firm’s services and launch new jobs with just a few clicks. You can use a template you created or one provided by Client Hub.
✅ Steps to Create a Job from a Template
- Go to the Templates Menu
Click the Templates icon from the left-hand navigation.
Choose the Right Template
- Select the Firm Templates tab to use a custom template your firm created.
Or click the Client Hub Templates tab to browse prebuilt options.
Open the Template
Click the template card to open the Template Detail drawer.
Create the Job
- In the upper right corner of the drawer, click the ellipsis (⋯) next to the template name.
Select "Create Job" from the dropdown menu.
Assign Job Details
- Select the client you want to assign the job to.
Choose a start date and due date.
Click Create
- Your job is now created and ready to be managed from the client’s Internal Workspace.
💡 Pro Tip:
After creating the job, you can further customize it by:
- Assigning different task groups to team members
- Adding or editing tasks
- Setting up recurrence and Autopilot client tasks
