📦 How to Batch Create Jobs from a Template

Quickly launch the same job across multiple clients with just a few clicks.

The Batch Create Jobs feature allows you to apply a single Job Template to multiple client workspaces at once—saving time and ensuring consistency across your recurring processes.


✅ Steps to Batch Create Jobs

  1. Open the Client List Panel
    • From the left-hand navigation, go to the My Client List.

      Click the Batch Actions Button

    • At the top of the client list, click the blue checkbox icon (Batch Actions).

      Select Clients

    • Check the box next to each client you want to apply the job to.
    • Or use the “Select All” option to apply to every active client workspace.

      Click +Job

    • Once your clients are selected, click the + Job button at the bottom of the panel.

      Choose the Job Template

    • From the list of available templates, choose the Job Template you want to use.
    • Click Create Job.

      That’s it!

    • The job will be added to the Internal Workspace of each selected client.
