📌 How to Use the Pinned Panel in the Internal Workspace

Stay focused and aligned by keeping key client items in one centralized list.

The Pinned Panel in Client Hub’s Internal Workspace helps your team track high-priority tasks, messages, and notes across a client’s workspace. It’s perfect for surfacing important items that need review, follow-up, or action—without digging through multiple tabs.


âś… What Can Be Pinned?

Practice Users can pin the following items:

  • âś… Client Tasks
  • đź’¬ Messages in Conversations
  • đź“§ Emails
  • đź“‹ Jobs
  • 📝 Client Notes

📍 How Pinning Works

  1. Hover over any item listed above (task, message, job, etc.).

    Click the gray pin icon to pin it.

    • Once pinned, the icon turns red.
    • The item appears in the Pinned Panel, visible to all team members with access to the workspace.

👤 Assign Pinned Items to a Team Member

  • After pinning, you can assign the pinned item to a specific team member.
  • This helps clarify ownership and ensures follow-up.
  • Team members can see which items are assigned to them directly in the Pinned Panel.

âś… Mark as Complete or Remove

  • To mark a pinned item as completed, click the red pin again. It turns green.
  • To remove it entirely, click the green pin—the item will be unpinned and disappear from the panel.
