👤 Removing a Client User from a Client Workspace
If someone should no longer have access to a client workspace, you can remove them from the Client Users list. Removing a user revokes their access to that specific workspace.
⚠️ When someone says “remove a client”
Firm users sometimes use the word client to mean different things. It may refer to:
- A Client Workspace (the entire client company workspace), or
- A Client User (a person who has access to that workspace).
Before removing anything, first determine which one you want to remove:
- If you want to remove the entire client company, you should Archive the Client Workspace instead.
- If you want to remove someone’s access to the workspace, follow the steps below to remove the Client User.
This article explains how to remove a Client User from a Client Workspace.
