How to Upload Files to the File Manager in Client Hub

The File Manager in Client Hub makes it easy to upload, organize, and share documents with your clients. You can upload files directly to a client’s File Manager and place them in the appropriate folder for clear and secure access.

To Upload Files to the File Manager:

  1. Navigate to the Client Workspace
    • From the left-hand navigation, go to your Client List.
    • Select the client workspace where you want to upload files.

      Go to the File Manager

    • Click the File Manager tab at the top of the client portal.

      Choose the Folder

    • Select the folder you want to upload files into. For example, you might choose:
      • Client Shared Folder (visible to both you and the client)
      • Internal Folders (visible only to your team)

        Click the Plus (+) Icon

    • In the top-right corner of the folder section, click the blue + button.
    • Then choose Upload Files from the dropdown menu.

      Select Your Files

    • A file picker will open. Choose the files you want to upload from your computer.
    • Click Open to begin uploading.

      Finish Uploading

    • The files will upload to the selected folder and be available for viewing, downloading, or sharing.

Tips:

  • Drag-and-Drop: You can also drag files from your computer directly into the File Manager window.
  • Folder Structure: Organize your documents into clearly labeled folders like "Payroll Reports" or "Bank Statements" to keep things tidy.
  • Client Access: Upload files to the Client Shared Folder if you want your client to see them, or use Internal Folders for team-only files.
