📂How to Upload Files to the File Manager in Client Hub

The File Manager in Client Hub makes it simple to upload, organize, and share documents with your clients. You can upload files directly to a client’s File Manager and place them in the right folder for secure and clear access.


🚀 Upload Files to the File Manager

  1. Navigate to the Client Workspace
    • From the left-hand navigation, go to your Client List.
    • Select the client workspace where you want to upload files.

      Go to the File Manager

    • Click the File Manager tab at the top of the client portal.

      Choose the Folder

    • Select the folder you want to upload files into. For example:
      • Client Shared Folder (visible to both you and the client)
      • Internal Folders (visible only to your team)

        Click the Plus (+) Icon

    • In the top-right corner of the folder section, click the blue + button.
    • From the dropdown, select Upload Files.

      Select Your Files

    • A file picker will open. Choose the files from your computer.
    • Click Open to begin uploading.

      Finish Uploading

    • Your files will upload to the selected folder.
    • Once uploaded, they’ll be available for viewing, downloading, or sharing.

💡 Tips for Managing Files

  • Drag-and-Drop: You can drag files directly from your computer into the File Manager window.
  • Folder Structure: Use clearly labeled folders like Payroll Reports or Bank Statements to keep things tidy.
  • Client Access: Place files in the Client Shared Folder if you want your client to see them, or keep them in Internal Folders for team-only files.
