How to Manage Your Client Hub Subscription and Billing

You can manage your Client Hub subscription and billing details through our secure Billing Portal. This includes updating payment methods, reviewing invoices, and making subscription changes.

Who Can Access the Billing Portal?

Only users with the Subscriber role have access to the Billing Portal. If you do not have this role, please contact your firm’s Subscriber or Practice Admin to make changes on your behalf.

How to Access the Billing Portal

  1. Log in to your Client Hub account.
  2. From the left navigation, click Manage Practice.
  3. At the top of the Manage Practice page, click the Billing Portal link.
  4. The Billing Portal will open in a new browser tab.

From here, you can:

  • View and download past invoices
  • Update your payment method
  • Review your current subscription plan and pricing
  • Change your subscription (e.g., monthly to annual)
