The Client Hub mobile app is a secure platform designed to make collaboration between your firm and your clients easier than ever. Both your team and your clients can manage tasks, share documents, and communicate β all from their phone.
While the experience is shared, access and actions may vary based on user role and permissions.
This article provides a high-level overview so you can understand how the mobile app supports your workflow and how your clients will use it.
β¨ What You and Your Clients Can Do in the App
With the Client Hub mobile app, your team and your clients can:
- π Access Documents β View and manage files, including shared folders and recent documents
- π¬ Communicate β Send and receive messages in a single, organized conversation thread
- β Work on Client Tasks β View tasks, upload documents, and track progress
- π Complete Questionnaires β Fill out and submit Questionnaires directly from the app
- π View Reports β Reports are fully synchronized with the web experience
Firm users may also have additional capabilities, depending on their permissions, such as:
- Creating and managing Client Tasks
- π Adding Notes to a job and tagging team members
- π€ Managing Client Info & People for an account
- π₯ Working with Client Groups

π Getting Started
To start using the mobile app:
- Download the Client Hub mobile app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
- Log in using your Client Hub credentials
- Navigate between Client Tasks, Messages, Files, Questionnaires, Reports, and Links to manage your work; firm users will also see Notes, Client Info & People, and Client Groups
Clients will follow the same steps using their own login credentials, with access based on their role.
