🖼️ Add Your Logo to the Client Portal
You can upload your firm’s logo so it shows in client-facing areas of the Client Portal and in communications sent through the portal. This helps keep your client experience on-brand.
⚙️ Go to the Design Settings
- From the left navigation menu, go to Setup & Settings.
- Select Client Portal > Design.
- Make sure you’re on the Branding tab.

🌟 Add Your Logo
- In the Logo field, click Choose File.
- Select your logo image from your computer.
- After you upload it, you’ll see a preview of how it will look for your client.
💡 Tip: Upload a clear, high-quality image file of your logo.
💾 Save Your Changes
- Click Save Parameters to apply your changes.
- Your logo will appear on the client’s view of the portal and on communications sent through the portal to your client. 🎉
