🖼️ Add Your Logo to the Client Portal

You can upload your firm’s logo so it shows in client-facing areas of the Client Portal and in communications sent through the portal. This helps keep your client experience on-brand.


⚙️ Go to the Design Settings

  1. From the left navigation menu, go to Setup & Settings.
  2. Select Client Portal > Design.
  3. Make sure you’re on the Branding tab.

🌟 Add Your Logo

  1. In the Logo field, click Choose File.
  2. Select your logo image from your computer.
  3. After you upload it, you’ll see a preview of how it will look for your client.

💡 Tip: Upload a clear, high-quality image file of your logo.


💾 Save Your Changes

  1. Click Save Parameters to apply your changes.
  2. Your logo will appear on the client’s view of the portal and on communications sent through the portal to your client. 🎉
