📄 How to Update a Firm User’s Email Address

If someone at your firm needs their email address updated, your firm’s Subscriber can request the change at any time. Our team will update the user’s account so they can log in using their new email address.
📌There is no need to remove users or send new invitations.
🔐 Who Can Request an Email Change?
Only the firm’s Subscriber can request updates to email addresses for:
- Their own user account
- Any firm user at the firm
Requests must be sent from the Subscriber’s email address for security verification.
🧾 How to Request an Email Change
To update a firm user’s email address, the Subscriber just needs to contact our support team and provide:
- The current email address
- The new email address
Our team will update the account so the user can begin using the new email right away.
👤 After the Update
Once the change is completed, the firm user should:
- Log out of Client Hub
- Log in using their new email address
- Request a password reset if needed (optional)
No other steps are required.
🔄 Switching Email Addresses Between Two Firm Users
If you need to switch the email addresses between two firm users, the Subscriber can contact support and our development team will complete the update.
