đź’¬Export Messages from a Conversation in the Client Workspace
You can export a copy of all messages from a client conversation directly from the Client Workspace. This is helpful when you need to keep records, share conversations outside the platform, or save a complete conversation history for reference.
📍 Where this happens
Exports are available in the Conversation panel within a client’s Client Workspace.
đź§ How to export conversation messages
- Open a client from My Client List.
- Go to Client Workspace.
- In the Conversation panel, select the conversation you want to export.
- Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the Conversation panel.
- Select Export as Text (.txt).
The system will download a .txt file containing the full conversation history.
📄 What’s included in the export
The exported .txt file contains a complete, readable backup of the conversation, including:
- Conversation details, such as:
- Conversation ID
- Company name
- Backup date
- Total message count

Every message in the conversation, listed in chronological order
For each message:
- Date and time sent
- Sender name
- Sender email address
- Message content (when available)
Messages that don’t contain text are still included and labeled as (No content), ensuring the conversation history remains complete and accurate.

- Exports are available for individual conversations only.
- The file downloads immediately to your computer.
- Attachments are not included in the text export.
- Files shared in the conversation remain available in Recent Files.
- This option is available only in the Client Workspace (not in the Internal Workspace).
