📤 Exporting Client Data from Client Hub
You can export client data directly from Client Hub using the Dashboard. Exports are available across multiple Dashboard tabs and are generated as CSV files, making them easy to use for reporting or record-keeping.
📊 Where exports are available
Data can be exported from several Dashboard tabs, including:
- Clients
- Jobs
- Contacts
- Client Tasks
- Time Tracking
Each tab exports only the type of data shown in that view.
👥 How to export client data
Client data is exported from the Clients tab on the Dashboard.
1️⃣ Navigate to Dashboards
2️⃣ Click the Clients tab
3️⃣ Apply any filters you want (such as client tags or specific views)
4️⃣ Click the green Export button in the top-right corner
5️⃣ A CSV file will download using the columns and filters currently shown on screen
🧩 How exports work
- Exports include only the columns visible in the current view
- Any filters you apply are respected in the export
- Each export is a one-time CSV download
- Different Dashboard tabs export different data types
For example, exporting from the Jobs tab will export job data, not client records.
🔍 Exporting other types of data
If you’re looking to export something other than client records—such as jobs, contacts, or task-related data—follow the same steps from the relevant Dashboard tab. Each tab includes its own Export button and follows the same behavior.
💡 Helpful tips
- Set up your filters and columns before exporting to get exactly what you need
- Use exports for targeted lists, such as clients with specific tags or jobs with certain statuses
- If you don’t see a field in your export, make sure it’s visible in the current Dashboard view
