Add Your Firm’s Social Media Links to the Client Portal
You can personalize your Client Hub portal by adding links to your firm's social media profiles. These links will appear on your client-facing portal so clients can easily connect with your business online.
🔧 How to Add Social Media Links
Go to Settings
In the left-hand navigation bar, click the gear icon (⚙️) to open Setup & Settings.
Open Client Portal > Design
Under the Client Portal section, click on Design, then select the Social tab at the top of the main panel.
Enter Your Social Media URLs
- Add your company’s Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter) URLs into the corresponding fields.
Example:
https://linkedin.com/company/yourfirm
Preview Your Changes
On the right, you'll see a live preview showing how the social icons will appear on the client portal.
Save Your Parameters
- Click the Save Parameters button to publish the links.
🔍 What Clients Will See
Your added social icons will display on the portal, allowing clients to quickly access your firm's social pages with a single click.
