đź› How to Create a Client Task Template
Client Task Templates make it easy to save time and stay consistent—especially when you're sending the same requests to multiple clients or on a regular basis. Whether it's new client onboarding or recurring monthly document requests, templates help streamline the process.
There are 2 options for creating Client Task Templates:
Option 1: Creating a Client Task Template from the Templates Section
You can now create your first Client Task Template directly from the Templates section in Client Hub. Follow these steps:
- From the left navigation menu, click the Templates icon .
- Click the Client Tasks Templates tab at the top.
- If you haven't created any templates yet, you will see a message that says "You have no client task templates." (If you already have Templates on this page, click the Blue + button to create a new Template)
- Click the blue Create First Template button.
- This will prompt you to open a client workspace, where you can create a new set of client tasks.
- Once you've drafted the tasks, click Save as Template to save them for future use.
Option 2: Creating a Client Task Template from a Client Workspace
-
Go to the Client Workspace
From the left-hand menu, click Clients & Workspaces, then choose the client workspace you want to use.
-
Click “New Client Task”
At the bottom of the center column, click the New Client Task button.
-
Create your task
Write your message and fill out the task details as you normally would.
-
Click “Save as Template”
Instead of sending the task, click the Save as Template button.
-
Name your template
Give your template a clear name so you can easily find and reuse it later.
-
Click “Save”
That’s it—your task is now saved as a template!
