📋 How to Use a Client Task Template

Client Task Templates help you save time by reusing common requests. Whether it's for onboarding, monthly reminders, or recurring document collection, using a template makes the process fast and consistent.


🛠 Steps to Use a Client Task Template

  1. Go to Clients & Workspaces

    From the left-hand menu, select Clients & Workspaces, then choose the client workspace you want to work in.

  2. Click “Create Client Tasks”

    At the bottom of the Client Tasks panel, click the Create Client Tasks button.

  3. Load a Template

    In the task creation window, click the Load from Templates link at the top.

  4. Select Your Template

    Choose the template you want to use from the list.

  5. Edit if Needed

    To make changes to a specific task, click on the preview on the left and update the text.

    🔄 This will not change the original template—just the version you're about to send.

  6. Send the Tasks

    Once you're happy with the content, click Send and Notify to assign the tasks to your client.
