πŸ” How to Use the Auto-Remind Feature for Client Tasks

The Auto-Remind feature in Client Hub helps ensure your clients follow through on their tasks by automatically sending reminders until the task is completed.

When you enable Auto-Remind for a client task, Client Hub will automatically assign a due date so your client knows when you’d like the response by. After the due date passes, Client Hub will send the client a daily reminder until the status of the task changes to Answered or Closed.

πŸ“₯ Enable Auto-Remind for a New Client Task

  1. In the New Client Task dialog, toggle the Auto-Remind Client switch on.

Choose how many days to wait before Client Hub starts sending daily reminders.

    • The Client Task card will display the due date you set based on the number of days chosen.

πŸ›  Enable Auto-Remind for an Existing Client Task

  1. Click on the Client Task card to open the task details.

Toggle the Auto-Remind Client switch on.

Select the number of days to wait before reminders begin.

    • The Client Task card will display the due date you set based on the number of days chosen.

πŸ“΄ Disable Auto-Remind for a Client Task

  1. Click on the Client Task card to open the task details.
  2. Toggle the Auto-Remind Client switch off.

How Auto-Remind Works

  • After the due date, Client Hub starts sending daily reminders until the client responds or the task is closed.
  • The auto-remind notification is a generic message sent each morning.
  • Only one reminder per day will be sent to each client user, even if multiple tasks have Auto-Remind enabled.
  • The Client Task card always shows the due date so both you and your client know when reminders will begin.

Using Auto-Remind helps keep client communication timely and ensures important information doesn’t fall through the cracks.
