📤 How to Batch Send Client Tasks or Messages

The Batch Send feature in Client Hub lets you create one Client Task or Message and send it to multiple client workspaces at once—perfect for sending reminders, updates, or document requests in bulk.


🛠 Steps to Use Batch Send

  1. Click the Batch Actions Button

    At the top of your client list, click the blue Batch Actions button (checkmark icon).

    Select Workspaces

    Use the checkboxes next to each client name to choose the workspaces you want to include.

    ✅ You can also select all clients in the list.

    Choose Your Action

    At the bottom of the panel, click either:

    • + Client Task to send a task
    • + Message to send a message
  2. Create Your Task or Message

    Enter your message content as you would normally.

  3. Send

    Click Send and Notify (for tasks) or Send (for messages) to deliver your update to all selected workspaces.


✅ Each selected client will receive the same task or message, automatically added to their workspace—saving you time and keeping everyone on the same page.

Want to customize messages for different groups? Try using filters before starting your batch.
