🤝 Anchor Integration with Client Hub
We’re excited to announce our integration with Anchor, a leading proposal and payments platform. This connection helps you streamline client onboarding by triggering actions in Client Hub once the proposal is completed by your client in Anchor.
🚀 What the Integration Does
Once a proposal is approved in Anchor, the integration will automatically:
- Create a new Client Workspace in Client Hub (if it doesn’t already exist)
- Invite the client user to join the workspace
- Create Jobs based on the services selected in the proposal and mapped to Job Templates in Client Hub
đź”§ How to Connect Client Hub and Anchor
Only Admin users can connect the integration. Here’s how:
- Log in to Client Hub
- Go to Setup & Settings > Advanced > Premium Integrations > Anchor
- Copy your Anchor API key
- Log in to your Anchor account
- Go to Settings > Integrations > Client Hub
- Paste your API key into the Client Hub integration field in Anchor
- Map your Anchor services to the appropriate Job Templates in Client Hub
📬 What Happens When a Proposal is Approved in Anchor
A) Workspace Creation
- If the client does not exist in Client Hub (matched by email):
- A new Workspace is created
An invite is sent to the client user to join the workspace
If the client already exists:
- If the company name in Anchor matches the organization name in Client Hub → the existing workspace is used
- If there’s a mismatch in company name but a user with the same email exists in another workspace → no action is taken and you'll receive an email notification to review manually
B) Job Creation
Jobs will be created in the client’s Internal Workspace
These Jobs are based on the Job Templates you mapped to your Anchor services
After creation, be sure to:
- Assign the appropriate team member
- Review and adjust Repeat Rules, if needed
