(Great for clients with multiple businesses or private communication threads)
Client Hub allows a client user to be part of multiple workspaces—just like you and your team. This is especially useful in the following scenarios:
âś… Use Cases
Clients with multiple businesses
Set up a separate workspace for each business. Once a client has accepted their first invite, you can add them to other relevant workspaces.
Private communication with one user
If a workspace has multiple client users and you need a private conversation thread with just one of them, create a new workspace and add that user only.
💡 There’s no limit to how many workspaces a client user can access.
