🏢 Adding a New Client Company in Client Hub

Here’s a simple, step-by-step guide to help you add a new client company to your Client Hub account. Once added, the company will appear in your Clients list and you can invite client users at any time.


đź›  Steps to Add a New Client Company

  1. Go to the Clients Page

    From the left-hand navigation, click on Clients.

  2. Click the Add Button

    Click the Add button to create a new client workspace.

  3. Enter the Client Company Name

    Type in the client company name.

    Click “Create Client Company”

    Click the Create Client Company button to confirm.

    ✉️ You can invite client users later—no need to do it now.

    Follow the Prompts (Optional)

    After creating the workspace, you’ll be prompted to:

    • Connect the workspace to a QuickBooks Online company
    • Invite client users

      âś… You can complete these steps now or skip them and do it later.
