📚 Adding Resources to a Client Company Workspace

You can enhance your client experience by adding helpful resources directly into their workspace. Choose from:

  • Client Hub Library – Preloaded with "how-to" articles designed to support client onboarding and usage.
  • Firm Library – A custom collection of resources added by your firm to meet specific needs.

🛠 How to Add Resources to a Client Workspace

  1. Go to Clients & Workspaces

    From the left-hand navigation, click Clients & Workspaces.

  2. Select the Client

    Click on the workspace of the client you want to customize.

    Open the Links Panel

    In the right-side Links panel, go to the Resources section and click Manage.

    Choose Resources to Add

    • In the Available Resources panel, select items from either:
      • Client Hub Library
      • Firm Library
    • Click on the resource(s) you want to add.

      Organize the Resources

      In the Selected Resources panel:

    • Drag and drop items to reorder them as needed.
    • 🌀 You may need to refresh the page for changes to appear in the correct order.

🧱 Building Your Firm Library

To add your own resources:

  • Go to Setup & Settings > Advanced > Firm Resource Library
  • Upload custom documents, links, or articles your team can use across workspaces.
