๐ Deleting (Archiving) a Client Workspace
If youโre no longer working with a client but want to retain their history for future reference, you can archive their workspace. Archiving removes client access but keeps the workspace and its data available to your firmโs team.
๐ How to Archive a Client Workspace
- Go to the My Client List in the left-hand navigation.
- Select the client company you want to archive.
- Click the Client Details tab at the top.
- Click the Archive button.
๐ Once archived:
- Client users will no longer have access to the workspace.
- The workspace moves to the Archived tab in your left-hand menu and is still accessible to firm staff.
๐ How to Restore an Archived Workspace
If you need to reactivate a client:
- Go to the Archived tab from the left navigation.
- Select the archived client company.
- Click the Edit button.
- Choose to Restore Workspacwe the workspace.
