π Adding Shortcuts to a Client Company Workspace
Client Hub allows you to add shortcuts directly into a client's workspace, making it easy for clients to access the tools they use most. You can choose shortcuts from:
- Client Hub Library β Preloaded with links to popular accounting-related software.
- Firm Library β A custom list of shortcuts your firm has added for quick access.
π How to Add Shortcuts

Navigate to Clients & Workspaces
From the left-hand navigation, click Clients & Workspaces.

Select the Client Workspace
Choose the client you want to customize.

Open the Shortcuts Section
In the Links panel on the right, click the Manage link in the Shortcuts section.
- Choose Shortcuts to Add
- In the Available Shortcuts list, click on shortcuts from either:
- Firm Library, or
- Client Hub Library
- In the Available Shortcuts list, click on shortcuts from either:
- Organize the Shortcuts
- In the Selected Shortcuts section, drag and drop to rearrange the order.
- π You may need to refresh the page to see the new order reflected in the workspace.
