🔗 Adding App Shortcuts to a Client Company Workspace

Client Hub allows you to add App shortcuts directly into a client’s workspace, making it easy for clients to access the tools they use most. You can choose apps from:

  • Client Hub Library – Preloaded with links to popular accounting-related software.
  • Firm Library – A custom list of apps your firm has added for quick access.

🛠 How to Add App Shortcuts

  1. Navigate to Clients & Workspaces

    From the left-hand navigation, click Clients & Workspaces.

  2. Select the Client Workspace

    Choose the client you want to customize.

    Open the Apps Section

    In the Links panel on the right, click the Manage link in the Apps section.

    Choose Apps to Add

    • In the Available Apps list, click on apps from either:
      • Firm Library, or
      • Client Hub Library

        Organize the App Shortcuts

    • In the Selected Apps section, drag and drop to rearrange the order.
    • 🔄 You may need to refresh the page to see the new order reflected in the workspace.

✅ Tip: Use app shortcuts to help clients access login pages for QuickBooks, payroll systems, portals, and more—all in one place.

Need to build your Firm App Library first? Go to Setup & Settings > Advanced to add new links.
