📁 How to Download or Move Multiple Files in Client Hub
Managing multiple files is straightforward with Client Hub's File Manager. Whether you're organizing documents or retrieving them in bulk, follow these steps:
✅ Steps to Select Multiple Files:
- Access the File Manager:
Navigate to the File Manager tab within your Client Hub workspace.
Locate Your Files:
Browse through Folders, Buckets, or Recent Files to find the documents you need.
Select Files:
- Hover over each file; a checkbox will appear to the left.
- Click the checkboxes next to all the files you wish to select.
📥 To Download Selected Files:
- After selecting the desired files, click the Download button.
- The files will be downloaded to your device, typically as a compressed ZIP folder for convenience.
📂 To Move Selected Files:
- With your files selected, click the Move button.
- Choose the destination folder within the File Manager where you want the files to reside.
- Confirm the move to relocate the files accordingly.
