🗑️ How to Delete an eSignature Request in Client Hub

Only pending (incomplete) requests can be deleted.


âś… Step-by-Step Instructions:

  1. Go to the File Manager
    • From your Client Hub dashboard, open the File Manager.

      Select “eSignature Docs”

    • Click on the “eSignature Docs” tab on the left panel to view all your signature requests.

      Locate the Document

    • Find the eSignature request you want to delete.
    • Click the arrow (â–¸) next to the document name to expand options.

      Note: Only documents that have not yet been signed can be deleted.

      Delete the Request

    • Click “Delete Request.”

      Confirm Deletion

    • A prompt will appear. Click “Delete” to permanently delete the request.
