π Managing Files in the Client Hub File Manager
Download, organize, and manage documents with ease
The Client Hub File Manager gives you full control over your documents β whether you need to download a single file, move multiple items at once, or organize folders for better efficiency. Follow the steps below based on what you'd like to do:
π Toggle Between Folder View and List View
You can switch between two viewing modes to suit your preference:
Open the File Manager from your workspace.
Click the view toggle icon (grid or list) in the top-right corner of the file panel.
Select your preferred view:
- Folder View: great for visual folder navigation.
- List View: ideal for sorting and scanning multiple files.
π Move, Preview, or Download a Single Document
From Folders, Recent Files, or a Bucket, click the document name.
A preview window will open.
Choose an action from the left-hand side:
- Download
- Rename
- Move to folder
- Delete
- Click Close when done.
π¦ Move or Copy Multiple Files or Folders
Use the checkboxes next to the document or folder icons to select items.
To select all files (not folders), click βSelect all filesβ at the top.
Choose an action from the left:
- Move
- Copy
- Then, choose the destination folder to complete the move or copy.
ποΈ Download All Files and Folders as a Zip File
- Click the Actions icon (β―) next to Client Shared, Internal Folders, or any specific folder.
- Select βDownload all content.β
- A ZIP file containing all documents in that section will be downloaded to your computer.
This functionality makes it easy to keep client documents organized and accessible β while maintaining flexibility and control over your file system.
