Download, organize, and manage documents with ease

The Client Hub File Manager gives you full control over your documents β€” whether you need to download a single file, move multiple items at once, or organize folders for better efficiency. Follow the steps below based on what you'd like to do:


πŸ”„ Toggle Between Folder View and List View

You can switch between two viewing modes to suit your preference:

  1. Open the File Manager from your workspace.

    Click the view toggle icon (grid or list) in the top-right corner of the file panel.

    Select your preferred view:

    • Folder View: great for visual folder navigation.
    • List View: ideal for sorting and scanning multiple files.

πŸ“„ Move, Preview, or Download a Single Document

  1. From Folders, Recent Files, or a Bucket, click the document name.

    A preview window will open.

    Choose an action from the left-hand side:

    • Download
    • Rename
    • Move to folder
    • Delete
  2. Click Close when done.

πŸ“¦ Move or Copy Multiple Files or Folders

  1. Use the checkboxes next to the document or folder icons to select items.

    To select all files (not folders), click β€œSelect all files” at the top.

    Choose an action from the left:

    • Move
    • Copy
  2. Then, choose the destination folder to complete the move or copy.

πŸ—‚οΈ Download All Files and Folders as a Zip File

  1. Click the Actions icon (β‹―) next to Client Shared, Internal Folders, or any specific folder.
  2. Select β€œDownload all content.”
  3. A ZIP file containing all documents in that section will be downloaded to your computer.
