📚 How to Build Your Firm Library of Resources in Client Hub

Create a curated library of links, documents, videos, and images to share across client workspaces.

The Firm Library feature in Client Hub allows you to create a centralized collection of useful resources—like instructional videos, important documents, or helpful links—that can be shared with clients across all workspaces.


âś… Step-by-Step: Add a Resource to the Firm Library

  1. Open Setup & Settings
    • Click the gear icon in the left-hand navigation panel.

      Go to the Resources Library

    • Under the Advanced section, select Resources Library.

      Switch to the Firm Library Tab

    • In the Available Resources area, click the Firm Library tab.

      Add a New Resource

    • Click the New Resource button.

      Enter Resource Details

      Name your resource (e.g., “New Client Welcome Guide”).

      Choose the Resource Type:

      • Link – for websites or app URLs
      • Video – links to video content on Loom, YouTube, etc...
      • Document – upload PDFs or Word files
      • Image – upload JPG or PNG files
  2. Upload or Link the Resource
    • Depending on the resource type, you’ll either paste a link or upload a file.

      Click “Save Resource”

    • Once saved, your item will appear in the Firm Library and can be added to any client workspace via the Links panel.

Use consistent naming and keep your library tidy by updating or removing outdated resources regularly.
