🔗 Building Your Apps Firm Library in Client Hub
The Apps Firm Library allows you to create a customized collection of app shortcuts (links) that can be added to client workspaces. This feature enhances client engagement by providing easy access to their frequently used applications directly from their Client Hub workspace.
✅ Steps to Add an App to Your Firm Library
Navigate to Setup & Settings
Click on the gear icon in the left-hand navigation menu to access Setup & Settings.
Access the Apps Library
Under the Advanced section, select Apps Library.
Open the Firm Library Tab
In the Available Apps section, click on the Firm Library tab.
Add a New App
Click the New App button.
Enter App Details
- Name: Provide a name for the app (e.g., "QuickBooks Online").
- Category: Select an appropriate category for the app.
- Icon: (Optional) Upload an icon to represent the app.
Add the App Link
Paste the URL of the app or website login page into the provided field.
Save the App
Click the Add App button to save the new app to your Firm Library.
Once added, this app will be available to include in any client workspace, providing them with direct access to the tools they use regularly.Client Hub
💡 Tips for Customizing Your Apps Library
- Icon Selection: For a polished look, choose icons that are square or round. You can find suitable icons by performing a Google search with the app name followed by "logo." Right-click on the desired image and select "Save as" to download it.Client Hub
