🏷️ Building Your Tag Library in Client Hub

Tags in Client Hub are powerful tools that help you categorize and filter both clients and jobs, enhancing organization and workflow efficiency.

🔹 What Are Tags?

Tags are customizable labels that you can assign to:

  • Clients: Add tags in the Client Details Page to categorize clients based on specific attributes.
  • Jobs: Apply tags to jobs to classify them by type, frequency, or other criteria.

You can:

  • Filter the Client List to quickly locate specific groups of clients.
  • Use batch actions to send Client Tasks to multiple workspaces or create identical Jobs across various Internal Workspaces.

Note: Tags can be shared across both Clients and Jobs for consistent categorization.

🛠️ How to Create and Assign Tags

  1. Access the Client or Job: Navigate to the Client Details Page or the specific Job you wish to tag.
  2. Add a Tag: Locate the tag section and input your desired tag name. If the tag doesn’t exist, it will be created upon saving.
  3. Save Changes: Ensure you save the changes to apply the new tag.
