✉️ How to Customize Your Client Invite Email in Client Hub

When you invite a client to join Client Hub, they receive an email with a default message. To provide a more personalized experience, you can customize this message to reflect your firm's branding and communication style.Client Hub

🔧 Steps to Customize the Invite Email:

  1. Access Setup & Settings
    • Navigate to the Setup & Settings section in the left-hand menu of your Client Hub dashboard.

      Select 'Invite Message'

    • Within the Client Portal section, click on Invite Message.

      Edit the Message

    • Modify the subject line and body of the email to suit your firm's tone and provide any additional information you'd like new clients to have.

      Save Your Changes

    • After editing, click the Save button to apply your customized message.

Note: Avoid adding links or images to the invite message, as these are not supported in this template.
