When you invite a client to join Client Hub, they receive an email with a default message. To provide a more personalized experience, you can customize this message to reflect your firm's branding and communication style.Client Hub
🔧 Steps to Customize the Invite Email:
- Access Setup & Settings
Navigate to the Setup & Settings section in the left-hand menu of your Client Hub dashboard.
Select 'Invite Message'
Within the Client Portal section, click on Invite Message.
Edit the Message
Modify the subject line and body of the email to suit your firm's tone and provide any additional information you'd like new clients to have.
Save Your Changes
- After editing, click the Save button to apply your customized message.
Note: Avoid adding links or images to the invite message, as these are not supported in this template.
