π¬ Editing or Deleting Messages in Client Hub Conversations
Need to make a quick correction or remove a message you sent? Client Hub makes it easy to edit or delete your own messages in the Conversations panel.
ποΈ To Edit a Message:
- Hover over the message you want to change.
- Click the actions icon (β―) to the left of the message.
- Select Edit from the dropdown menu.
- Make your changes.
- Click Save to update the message.
ποΈ To Delete a Message:
- Hover over the message you'd like to remove.
- Click the actions icon (β―) to the left of the message.
- Select Delete from the dropdown menu.
β»οΈ Restoring Deleted Messages (Firm Users Only):
Firm Users can restore their own deleted messages from the Conversations panel.
- Click the Restore option that appears after deleting a message.
- The message will reappear in the conversation thread.
π Permissions:
- Firm Users can edit, delete, and restore their own messages.
- Client Users can edit and delete their own messages, but cannot restore deleted messages β including messages deleted by Firm Users.
