πŸ’¬ Editing or Deleting Messages in Client Hub Conversations

Need to make a quick correction or remove a message you sent? Client Hub makes it easy to edit or delete your own messages in the Conversations panel.


πŸ–ŠοΈ To Edit a Message:

  1. Hover over the message you want to change.
  2. Click the actions icon (β‹―) to the left of the message.
  3. Select Edit from the dropdown menu.
  4. Make your changes.
  5. Click Save to update the message.

πŸ—‘οΈ To Delete a Message:

  1. Hover over the message you'd like to remove.
  2. Click the actions icon (β‹―) to the left of the message.
  3. Select Delete from the dropdown menu.

♻️ Restoring Deleted Messages (Firm Users Only):

Firm Users can restore their own deleted messages from the Conversations panel.

  1. Click the Restore option that appears after deleting a message.
  2. The message will reappear in the conversation thread.

πŸ‘‰ Permissions:

  • Firm Users can edit, delete, and restore their own messages.
  • Client Users can edit and delete their own messages, but cannot restore deleted messages β€” including messages deleted by Firm Users.
