💬 Editing or Deleting Messages in Client Hub Conversations

Need to make a quick correction or remove a message you sent? Client Hub makes it easy to edit or delete your own messages in the Conversations panel.

✏️ To Edit a Message:

1. Hover over the message you want to change.
2. Click the actions icon (⋯) to the left of the message.
3. Select Edit from the dropdown menu.
4. Make your changes.
5. Click Save to update the message.

🗑️ To Delete a Message:

1. Hover over the message you'd like to remove.
2. Click the actions icon (⋯) to the left of the message.
3. Select Delete from the dropdown menu.

That’s it! Editing and deleting messages helps you keep conversations clear and accurate.
