🗃️ How to Archive/Restore a Client Company Workspace in Client Hub

Archiving a workspace allows you to retain all client data while removing the client from your active workspace list. This is useful for former clients or seasonal businesses you don’t need to access regularly.


✅ To Archive a Client Workspace:

  1. Navigate to the Client Details tab for the client you want to archive.
  2. Scroll to the bottom-left of the panel.
  3. Click the “Archive Workspace” button (highlighted with a red arrow in the screenshot).
  4. Confirm the action if prompted.

Once archived:

  • The client workspace will move from the “Active” list to the “Archived” tab in your client list.
  • All client data, tasks, files, and messages are preserved.
  • You can restore the workspace at any time if the client returns.
