🏷️ Using Tags to Organize Clients in Client Hub

Sort, filter, and manage clients with ease.

Tags in Client Hub offer a flexible way to categorize and manage your client list based on your firm’s specific needs. Whether you're grouping clients by team member, service type, or entity structure, tags help you stay organized.


✅ Common Ways to Use Tags:

  • By Team Member

    Assign a tag for each manager or staff member to quickly view which clients they handle.

  • By Service Type

    Use tags like Bookkeeping , Payroll , Tax , or Advisory to filter clients by the services you provide.


🛠️ How to Set Up and Use Tags:

  1. Set Up Your Tag Library
    • Go to the Advanced section of the Setup & Settings page (Admins only).
    • Create tags your firm will use consistently across clients and jobs.

      Assign Tags to Clients

    • Navigate to the Client Details tab within any client workspace.
    • Add one or more tags to the client by clicking the + next to the Tags section.

      Filter Clients by Tag

    • In the Client List panel, click the Filter icon.
    • Choose the tag(s) you want to filter by to display only those clients.
