🧩 How Client Hub Matches Emails to the Right Client

Client Hub identifies the correct client workspace using the following:

  • Known Client Users added to the workspace
  • Contacts listed under that client’s workspace
  • Manually linked emails, when a message doesn’t match an existing Client User or Contact

If the email sender matches any Client User or Contact under a workspace, the message is automatically added to that client’s Internal Workspace. When no match exists, you can manually link the email to ensure it appears in the correct place.
