🔐 Managing Your Login Sessions and Devices in Client Hub

Monitor and manage your account access for added security.

Client Hub gives you full visibility and control over your active login sessions through the My Devices feature. This helps you stay informed about where your account is logged in—and lets you revoke access if needed.


🧭 How to Access “My Devices”

For Accountant Users:

  • Click your avatar photo in the lower-left corner.
  • Select "My Devices" from the menu.

For Client Users:

  • Click the “⋯” (three-dot) menu next to your name at the bottom-left.
  • Choose "My Devices."

🖥️ What You’ll See in the My Devices Window

  • A list of all devices and IP addresses used to access your Client Hub account.
  • The date and time of the last login for each device.
  • An option to remove access to any active session.

✅ Why This Matters

  • Enhances your account’s security by showing who has access.
  • Helps identify unfamiliar or unauthorized sessions.
  • Lets you log out remotely from old or lost devices.

Check your device list regularly—especially if you work from multiple locations or share devices with others.
