๐ Two-Factor Authentication in Client Hub
Add an extra layer of protection to your account.
At Client Hub, we take security seriously. Thatโs why we highly recommend enabling our SMS-based Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to help protect your account from unauthorized access.
โ Enabling Two-Factor Authentication
To enable 2FA for your account:
- Click the โโฏโ (three-dot) menu next to your name at the bottom-left corner of the screen.
- Select "My Account."
- Click the "Setup Two-Factor Authentication" button.
- Follow the prompts to verify your phone number and complete setup.
Once enabled, you'll be prompted to enter a verification code sent via SMS when logging in from a new device.
๐๏ธ Viewing 2FA Status for Users
Admins can check who in the firm or client base has enabled 2FA:
- For Internal Users:
Go to Manage Practice โ view the Manage Users table.
For Client Users:
- Open the appropriate Client Workspace.
- Go to the Client Details tab โ view the Client Users table.
Users who have 2FA enabled will be marked accordingly.
