How to Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies
Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can help resolve loading issues, fix login problems, and ensure you’re seeing the most up-to-date content. Follow the steps below for your browser:
Google Chrome
- Open Chrome.
 - Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
 - Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
 - Select the Time range (choose All time for a full clear).
 - Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
 - Click Clear data.
 
Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox.
 - Click the three-line menu in the top-right corner.
 - Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
 - Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section.
 - Click Clear Data...
 - Select both Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content, then click Clear.
 
Microsoft Edge
- Open Edge.
 - Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
 - Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
 - Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
 - Select the Time range (choose All time for a full clear).
 - Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
 - Click Clear now.
 
Safari (macOS)
- Open Safari.
 - Click Safari in the top-left menu and choose Settings (or Preferences).
 - Go to the Privacy tab.
 - Click Manage Website Data…
 - Click Remove All to clear cookies and cached content.
 
Safari (iOS)
- Go to your iPhone Settings.
 - Scroll down and tap Safari.
 - Tap Clear History and Website Data.
 - Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data.
 
Chrome (Android)
- Open Chrome.
 - Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right.
 - Tap History > Clear browsing data.
 - Choose a Time range.
 - Select Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.
 - Tap Clear data.
 
Tip: After clearing your cache and cookies, you may be logged out of websites and may need to refresh or log in again.
