How to Clear Your Browser Cache and Cookies

Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can help resolve loading issues, fix login problems, and ensure you’re seeing the most up-to-date content. Follow the steps below for your browser:


Google Chrome

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
  4. Select the Time range (choose All time for a full clear).
  5. Check the boxes for Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  6. Click Clear data.

Mozilla Firefox

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Click the three-line menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to Settings > Privacy & Security.
  4. Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section.
  5. Click Clear Data...
  6. Select both Cookies and Site Data and Cached Web Content, then click Clear.

Microsoft Edge

  1. Open Edge.
  2. Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
  4. Under Clear browsing data, click Choose what to clear.
  5. Select the Time range (choose All time for a full clear).
  6. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.

Safari (macOS)

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click Safari in the top-left menu and choose Settings (or Preferences).
  3. Go to the Privacy tab.
  4. Click Manage Website Data…
  5. Click Remove All to clear cookies and cached content.

Safari (iOS)

  1. Go to your iPhone Settings.
  2. Scroll down and tap Safari.
  3. Tap Clear History and Website Data.
  4. Confirm by tapping Clear History and Data.

Chrome (Android)

  1. Open Chrome.
  2. Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right.
  3. Tap History > Clear browsing data.
  4. Choose a Time range.
  5. Select Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.
  6. Tap Clear data.

Tip: After clearing your cache and cookies, you may be logged out of websites and may need to refresh or log in again.
