How to Download All Content from the File Manager

If you need to download all files and folders from a client workspace, you can do so directly from the File Manager in just a few clicks. The entire folder structure will be preserved, and the contents will be downloaded as a single .zip file for your convenience.

Steps to Download All Files and Folders

1. Navigate to the File Manager tab within the client workspace.
2. In the Folders section, locate the three-dot menu (︙) next to “Client Shared Folder.”
3. Click the menu and select Download all contents.
4. A .zip file containing the full contents of the File Manager (including all subfolders and files) will be generated and downloaded to your computer.
