📂 Viewing Recent Files on the Client Hub Mobile App
The Recent Files tab in the Client Hub mobile app gives you quick access to the latest documents shared with your accountant.
📥 Opening the Recent Files Tab
Go to the Recent Files tab at the top of the screen.
You’ll see a list of the 20 most recent files available in your account.
📄 Viewing a File
Tap a file name to open it directly on your device.
From here, you can:
- View the document
- Download it to your phone
- Print it if your device is connected to a printer
📎 Uploading New Files
To upload files for your accountant, use the Client Tasks or Messages tabs instead.
The Recent Files tab is for accessing and reviewing documents that have already been shared.
🗂 Accessing Older Files
The mobile app shows only your 20 most recent files.
To view older files, log in to the web version of Client Hub.
