🛣️Where Can I View the Client Hub Product Roadmap?

Why We Don’t Share Our Product Roadmap Publicly

At Client Hub, we get a lot of excitement (and questions!) about what’s coming next in our software. Our customers love to hear about new features, and we love building them. But you may have noticed that we don’t publish a public product roadmap. Here’s why—and how we keep you in the loop instead.

1. We Stay Flexible to Build What Matters Most

Customer needs change quickly, and so does technology. If we committed to a public roadmap, we’d be locking ourselves into promises that might prevent us from responding to new opportunities, emerging best practices, or the feedback you give us every day. Keeping things flexible ensures we’re always working on the features that will make the biggest impact for your firm.

2. We Avoid Setting False Expectations

Software development can be unpredictable. A feature that looks simple on the surface may require significant backend work or need to be rethought entirely once we start building. Publishing a roadmap with dates and features can create frustration if timelines slip or priorities shift. Instead of making promises we might not be able to keep, we’d rather keep our commitments focused and realistic.

3. We Prioritize Quality Over Speed

Rushing a feature just to meet a roadmap deadline doesn’t serve anyone well. Our focus is on delivering tools that are reliable, secure, and actually solve your challenges—not just hitting a calendar date. Keeping our roadmap internal helps us maintain that standard.

4. We Communicate What’s Ready (and Coming Soon)

While we don’t publish a long-term roadmap, we do share updates as soon as they’re solid enough for you to plan around. You’ll find new features and enhancements announced through:

  • In-app notifications
  • Product update emails
  • Our Help Center and Academy sessions
  • Webinars and Happy Hours, where we preview upcoming releases

This way, you’re always in the know about what’s available today, and what’s right around the corner.

Our Promise to You

Our goal isn’t secrecy—it’s clarity. By keeping our roadmap internal, we can stay agile, avoid overpromising, and focus on building high-quality features that genuinely make your work easier. And you can count on us to always communicate openly once a new update is on the way.
