🔐 Resetting Your Password as a Client User

If you’ve forgotten your password or need to create a new one, you can reset it anytime from the Client Hub sign-in page.


✉️ Request a Password Reset

  1. Go to https://use.clienthub.app/
  2. Select Forgot password?.
  3. Enter the email address you use to sign in to Client Hub.
  4. Select Get Reset Link.



After submitting your email address, follow the instructions in the password reset email you receive.



❗ Having Trouble Resetting Your Password?

If you’re still running into issues, try the following:

  • Make sure you’re completing the reset from the desktop or web app (not a mobile browser).

    Perform a hard refresh to clear your browser cache:

    • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R
    • Mac: Command + Shift + R
  • Reset links expire after a short time. If needed, request a new one from the sign-in page.
