🔐 Resetting Your Password as a Client User
If you’ve forgotten your password or need to create a new one, you can reset it anytime from the Client Hub sign-in page.
✉️ Request a Password Reset
- Go to https://use.clienthub.app/
- Select Forgot password?.
- Enter the email address you use to sign in to Client Hub.
- Select Get Reset Link.



After submitting your email address, follow the instructions in the password reset email you receive. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your junk or spam folder for a message from noreply@clienthub.email.
❗Having Trouble Resetting Your Password?
If you’re still running into issues, try the following:

Make sure you’re completing the reset from the desktop or web app (not a mobile browser).
Perform a hard refresh to clear your browser cache:
- Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R
- Mac: Command + Shift + R
- Reset links expire after a short time. If needed, request a new one from the sign-in page.
