📤 Client Hub Uploader App (Mac & Windows)
The Client Hub Uploader App allows you to upload files directly from your desktop to Client Hub without opening your browser. This is especially useful when you’re working with documents stored locally or scanning files that need to be uploaded quickly.
With the desktop uploader, you can send files to the correct workspace in just a few clicks.
🚀 Access the Uploader App Download
You can download the Uploader App directly from your Client Hub account or access it here: Uploader App
Steps to access the download page:
- Click the Help (?) icon in the left sidebar.
- This opens the Customer Success Center.
- In the Actions section, click Uploader App for Mac/Windows.
This will open the download page where you can install the app for your device.
💻 Download the Uploader App
Once the download page opens, choose the version that matches your operating system.
Available options include:
- Download for Windows
- Download for Mac (Apple Silicon)
- Download for Mac (Intel)
Click the appropriate button and the installer will begin downloading.
⚙️ Install the Uploader App
After downloading the installer:
Windows
- Open the downloaded .exe file.
- Follow the installation prompts.
- Launch the Client Hub Uploader once installation is complete.
Mac
- Open the downloaded .dmg file.
- Drag the Client Hub Uploader into your Applications folder.
- Launch the application.
🔐 Sign in to the Uploader
When you open the app for the first time:
- Sign in using your Client Hub login credentials.
- Select the Workspace where you want files uploaded.
The app will remember your workspace for future uploads.
📂 Upload Files from Your Desktop
Once signed in:
- Click Select Files.
- Choose the files from your computer.
- Confirm the upload.
Your files will immediately be uploaded to the selected workspace in Client Hub.
💡 Pro Tip
You can also drag and drop files directly into the uploader window to quickly add them to your upload queue.
This makes it easy to upload multiple documents without navigating through folders each time.
