🌍 Set Your Date Format (Localization)

Customize how dates are displayed across Client Hub based on your regional preference.


✨ How It Works

You can choose your preferred date format from the Localization settings. This controls how dates and date-time values appear throughout the app.

This is a browser-based setting, meaning it only applies to the device and browser you're currently using.


⚙️ Update Your Date Format

To change your date format:

  1. Go to Settings > Localization
  2. Open the Date format dropdown
  3. Select your preferred format

You’ll see a preview update instantly below the dropdown.


👀 Available Formats

Depending on your preference, you can choose formats such as:

  • MMM DD, YY (e.g., Mar 30th, 26)
  • DD/MM/YYYY (e.g., 30/03/2026)
  • DD-MM-YYYY (e.g., 30-03-2026)

A live preview will show both:

  • Date preview
  • Date & time preview

🔐 Important Notes

  • This setting only applies to your current browser and device
  • If you log in from another device or browser, you’ll need to update it there as well
  • Other users (including clients) can set their own preferred date format independently

💡 When to Use This

This feature is especially helpful if:

  • You work across international teams with different date conventions
  • You want to avoid confusion between formats like MM/DD/YYYY and DD/MM/YYYY
  • You prefer consistency with your local regional standards

Setting your preferred date format ensures clarity and consistency wherever dates appear in Client Hub.
