🔌 Disconnect Your Email from Client Hub

If you no longer want your email synced with Client Hub, you can disconnect it at any time from your Email Settings.

Disconnecting your email will stop syncing and remove all emails associated with that account from Client Hub.


📂 How to Disconnect Your Email

  1. Go to Inbox
  2. Click the ⚙️ (Settings icon) next to your connected email address
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the Email Settings page
  4. Click Remove Connection
  5. Confirm the disconnect when prompted

Once disconnected, your email account will no longer sync with Client Hub.


⚠️ What to Expect After Disconnecting

  • All emails associated with the disconnected account will be removed from Client Hub
  • New emails will no longer sync into Client Hub
  • You will no longer be able to send emails from Client Hub using that account
  • Email features like auto-linking will stop working

⚙️ Where to Find This Setting

Inbox > ⚙️ (Settings icon) next to your email address


💡 Notes

  • This action removes all synced emails for that account from Client Hub
  • You can reconnect your email at any time
  • This only affects the selected email account, not other users in your firm
