🔖 Using Saved Views on Your Dashboards

📌 Overview

Saved Views let you save your current filter settings on any dashboard so you can quickly return to the same view without resetting filters each time. Every user can create and manage their own Saved Views based on the filters available to them.


💾 How to Save a View

  1. Go to any dashboard — for example, Dashboards > Jobs
  2. Apply the filters you want to save using the filter controls in the toolbar
  3. Click the Saved Views button in the toolbar
  4. Click Save current view
  5. Type a name for your view in the View name field
  6. Click Save

Your saved view will now appear in the Saved Views dropdown and can be applied at any time.


✅ How to Apply a Saved View

  1. Click the Saved Views button in the toolbar
  2. Click the name of the view you want to apply

The dashboard will update immediately to reflect the filters from that saved view.


✏️ How to Rename a Saved View

  1. Click the Saved Views button in the toolbar
  2. Click the pencil icon next to the view you want to rename
  3. Update the name
  4. Click Save

🗑️ How to Delete a Saved View

  1. Click the Saved Views button in the toolbar
  2. Click the trash icon next to the view you want to delete

The view is removed immediately.


🧠 Tips

  • Saved Views are available on all dashboards, including Jobs, Client Tasks, Time Tracking, Clients, Contacts, and Invites
  • Each user's Saved Views are their own — views are saved per user, not shared across the firm
  • You can create as many Saved Views as you need — one for overdue jobs, one filtered to your own work, one by client tag, and so on
  • To start fresh, click Clear filters in the toolbar before setting up a new view to save
