✏️ How to Edit, Close, or Delete a Client Task

Need to update a request, mark it as complete, or remove it entirely? You can easily edit, close, or delete a Client Task using the steps below.


πŸ“ Editing a Client Task

If you need to change the content of a task you created:

  1. Click on the Client Task card to open the details in the slider panel.
  2. Click the Actions icon (β‹―) in the top-right corner.
  3. Select Edit from the dropdown menu.
  4. Make your changes, then click Save Changes.

βœ… Closing or πŸ—‘ Deleting a Client Task

To mark a task as completed or remove it altogether:

  1. Click on the Client Task card to open the details in the slider panel.
  2. Click the Actions icon (β‹―).
  3. Select Close to mark the task as done, or Delete to remove it.

πŸ”’ Note:

If the task was created from an internal Job, you can close itβ€”but you cannot delete it.
